Dr. Saira A. Khan is a psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and focuses on working with children, adolescents, and families. She received her Doctorate from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2012 as a member of the school’s Child and Adolescent Track. Dr. Khan is skilled at performing psychological assessments geared towards evaluating ADHD and Learning Disorders; struggles with attention, concentration, memory, executive functioning, and processing skills; as well as general academic/cognitive strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, testing can be provided to assess behavioral issues and social-emotional stressors. Dr. Khan has extensive experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals between the ages of 2 through young adult experiencing symptoms of sadness and depression, stress and anxiety, family/relational stressors, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Family therapy and parent skills training are also available to help support positive family relationships and aid in implementing home routines, age-appropriate rules and discipline, fostering academic success, and improving communications and interactions.
